Szczecin (Poland) The 79th meeting of the IOM Council was held from 28 November to 2 December 2022 at the IOM headquarters in Szczecin. The session was chaired by Mr. P. Kavina, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Czech Republic. The topic of the meeting was organizational, legal and scientific issues related to the activities of the organization and its contractual obligations towards the ISA. V. Bomberovič (Czech Republic) and I. Baráth (Slovakia) were appointed as members of the IOM Auditory Commission. During the meeting, the Director General’s report on the activities of the organization was presented, the work plan and budget for 2023 were approved. The next meeting of the Council will take place in Szczecin from June 12 to 16, 2023.
