Kingston (Jamaica) The Council adopted decisions on the election of Mr. Tomasz Abramowski (Poland, IOM Director General) as the President of the ISA Council for the 27th Session. The meetings of the Council will last ten days (21 March to 1 April) and will focus on the draft regulations for deep-seabed mineral resources exploitation.
