Szczecin (Poland) The 82nd meeting of the IOM Council was held from 10 to 14 June 2024 at the IOM headquarters in Szczecin, Poland. The topics discussed by the Plenipotentiary Representatives of the IOM member states covered organizational and legal issues related to the activities of the organization, matters related to the third extension of the exploration contract with ISA, and the appointment of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Poland Krzysztof Galos. The agenda also included a discussion on the commercialization of IOM activities. The next meeting of the IOM Council will be held in Szczecin in November 2024.
